Has anybody found anything about a Justice McMarrow in any Illinois case?
I cannot find a Justice McMarrow, period. Any help.

Question 20:
In headnote “necessity of consent in general,” how many cases were cited in “most cases” in Illinois and how many of the cases cited Baby Richard?

Necessity of consent in general has two personas, one is strictly "Necessity of consent in general" and the other is "Natural Parents, Necessity of consent in general."
One of them references Baby Richard and one does not. We were asked to look for "Necessity of consent in general", not the "Natural Parents..." version.

Trick question, maybe?
