Man, this is going to piss some of you off. I welcome anyone who can debunk my findings. I haven't paid the tax in years and when called before the tax court a few years ago I posed this argument and walked without paying a cent. Only recently have I outlined the code in detail, which revealed more than I previously knew, but my argument still prevailed when confronted with a demand for my 1%.
Either the tax court is extremely lenient, apathetic and ignorant, or I was on to something when I confronted them with this argument a few years ago.
So, what do you think? I thought it would make for good break-fodder to keep the cobwebs out of the brain. Have a Merry Christmas!
